Apparently there is no needs of the detailed Assembly Manual ...
Let's start by the mooring point and lifting eyes
Turn the polyethylene float on the side |
Insert the lifting eyes structure manufactured in galvanized steel |
Start mounting the mooring point (galvanized steel) |
Now the mast (height 1 meter). The FLC1200 Special Mast is available with cylindrical or conic daymark.
Too easy ... |
The cast iron ballasts (3 for the FLC1200 buoy)
Done!
Your FLC1200 Special Mark buoy is ready, just add the St Andrew Cross topmark and a marine lantern if needed!
For the FLC1500 navigation buoy, the principle is the same. The only change is the number of cast iron ballasts: 5 of them are required.
The FLC1200 Special Mark buoy price starts at 1087,58 euros (2016 prices). The FLC1200 buoy is also available in lateral, isolated danger, preferred channel and cardinal model.
